Email Template Editor

Choosing Email Template Editor in the Report/Printer Selection dialog box opens the Email Template Editor dialog box in which you can customize the email template for the selected type of report (Est., RO, Invoice, etc.). A listing of Report Template Parameters is provided on the right side of the screen to allow you to easily customize your message with information about the customer, the vehicle and repair information. Simply place your cursor where you want to add the parameter and double-click on it (or click the arrow button) to put it where you want in the email template. Click Save when you have completed your template changes.

The button bar at the top of the display also includes options to Clear the email text, Revert to Default to restore the original text, and a Spell Check to save your work. Click the Edit tab if you'd like to Cut, Copy or Paste text in the email template.
