Gallery

The Gallery button on the Order screen opens the Gallery tab in the Attach Files dialog box. The Gallery tab also opens this panel when accessed in the process of attaching a file to an order line item (see File Attachments). The grid area of the Gallery shows the files that have been previously attached to the order. The following selections are available:

  • Show/Hide - This selection toggles the selected file(s) between displaying/attaching the file on printed orders/invoices and hiding them.
  • Delete - Removes the item from the Order.
  • Attach - Opens the Upload Files panel, which allows you to upload images and documents. Note: this button will be dimmed when the dialog box is opened from the order screen.
  • Done - closes the dialog box.
